Monitoring parameters like trace
metals in the field has
been almost impossible in the past. Knut H. Schrøder and
Øyvind Mikkelsen has
spent several years of research to develop and refine electrodes which
can be
used for voltammetric measurements in the field.
These electrodes have been
implemented in a complete system
for online measurements of trace metals. The system developed is a
complete
system for controlling everything from water sampling to data
distribution. The
system can also be implemented in a larger SCADA system.
This server acts as an data collector
for a few test station
for trace metal monitoring.
